Sola - Complex Beat

This project was born from a show commission for the series "On récolte ce que l'on CEM", 2020 edition. Sola worked with Pascal Beaulieu and Sheenah Ko to bring his compositions to life, where lyrical heroism, slam crazy and rhythmic playfulness. A year later, with two more musicians, David Simard and Isabelle Harvey, Sola rewrote the show: new sections, additional songs, a richer harmonic landscape, new lyrics, and an official title: COMPLEX BEAT

Is it hip -hop? Soul? Rock? Classic? Jazz?!? One thing is for sure: expect an epic date from epic.com.
