Caroline Tremblay

Caroline Tremblay is a graduate of Alma College in classical singing. She also continued her vocal training at the Conservatoire de Chicoutimi in addition to completing theater training at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. She has sung in several operas and operettas for the Lyric Art Society of the Kingdom and the Saguenay Lac-St-Jean Symphony Orchestra. In the theater, she has performed for several companies including the Théâtre 100 Masques, the Théâtre CRI, les Têtes Heureuses, the Théâtre à Bout Portant, the International Festival of Puppetry Arts and the Théâtre Sans Fil. She is currently a puppeteer for the Théâtre Les Amis de Chiffons and is part of the dance troupe Racines Gumboot. Caroline teaches singing at the Chicoutimi music school and choir singing at the Atelier de musique de Jonquière. She is a singer in several blues and jazz musical groups. She regularly participates in 3REG creation evenings and the Chic Slam Poetry Evenings. Caroline has participated in several CEM training courses and projects – including Commando, Lab: uncontrolled appellation music and the musical theater La femme aimée – in addition to assuming the presidency between 2013 and 2016.
