Drummer since adolescence and self-taught guitarist, Dany Lemay has mainly worked on the underground scene of Saguenay / Lac St-Jean from the end of 90 to today. On guitar/voice in his composition projects, Les mamelons de Satan and Barabass-30, and on drums in Frank et le Cosmos, Bruno Rodéo, J'existes-Tu? Joli Jolie and many other projects.
After many years of giving shows all over the province and returning to school to refine his knowledge of sound, he now devotes himself full time to sound engineering. Sound Surveyor, he is interested in all aspects of sound recording, field recording, in the studio, acoustic treatment, etc.
Since the beginning of 2020, he has held the position of sound manager/technical director at the Center for Musical Experimentation (CEM) and thus actively participates in the projects that take place there.
From sound recording to mixing dedicated to post-production or live shows, Dany Lemay devotes himself body and soul to the artists and the shows produced.
